LIBRARY
The Library of Mangalam M.C. Varghese College of Arts and Science was established in 2011. The library has a rich collection of books, sufficient journals, technical and general magazines, project reports, seminar reports, and non-book materials such as CD-ROMs covering subjects including Commerce, Media Studies, Management, and Computer Applications.
The library follows the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) System, uses a barcode-based circulation system, and provides OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) facilities for literature search. It also offers online access to a large number of full-text journals from various reputed publishers. The library is fully automated using POHA Software.
Membership of the library is open to students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff of the college. Library membership is free for all faculty, staff, and students.
